Description: This apple is a highly demanded fresh market apple.  It is a reliable annual bearer with low vigor, retains crispness in Zone 5.  This apple is mildly sweet and has a delicate flavor, it is juicy and slightly aromatic.  The fruit is consistently averaged a 3” diameter or more, and has a pale-yellow background splashed by a scarlet stripe.  Its crisp, coarse-grained flesh has a delicate, sweet taste.  It’s cold hardy, well hanging fruit extends harvest time up to 3 weeks.  Stores up to 7 months in refrigeration.
